popular demand! Very crisp, spicy and
refreshing, with distinct peach and pink grapefruit flavors. Perfect for
hot summer days, picnics, and brunches. Can be served
alone, or as a colorful compliment to Patés and
Quiches; also good with ham and Asian cuisine. Serve
well chilled.
Produced from premium Colorado Chardonnay grapes and barrel-fermented and aged Sur Lies("on the
yeast") in 100% new Hungarian oak, this wine
is rich and buttery, with a hint of butterscotch, and a
soft vanilla finish. Gold medal winner!
Excellent with
mild cheeses
(brie, mild cheddar); rich seafood and shellfish;
fettuccini; and poultry. Serve slightly chilled.

Cab/Syrah blend. Aged a full 24 months in French
and American oak, this beautiful unfiltered wine (made in honor of
our Grandsons, Collin and Cooper Coates) is rich in dark
cherry & currant flavors and aromas.
Packaged in a
beautiful silk-screened bottled and hand-dipped in wax,
this wine may be enjoyed now, or cellared several years.
Semi-sweet.
Crisp and aromatic with pear and honey flavors.
Excellent alone, with fresh fruit and cheese, or with
spicy Asian, Indian or Cajun cuisine. Serve chilled.
Bold, Dark, Rich and great
jammy berry flavors. This is our best Syrah yet!
Great served with beef, lamb or red pasta dishes (or by
itself). Unfiltered with deep purple/red color.
Fortified
Port-style dessert wine produced from late-harvest
Zinfandel grapes. Rich and powerful flavors of
raison and fig, fortified with brandy to a warming 19%
alcohol.
