Drink or Hold

Here is a list of our various vintages of red wines from years past.  You may want to decant the older wines as there may be some sediment in the bottles.  Stand the bottle upright for a day or two before decanting.

Email us if you have one of these older vintages and we will share your comments on this page.

Drink = Drink in the next 24 months for optimum enjoyment.

Hold = Keep in the wine cellar to achieve optimum enjoyment.  These wines can be drunk now but will taste even better with more aging.

Drink or Hold = Wine is drinking well now but could be better with additional aging.
